I hereby make application to Calvary Baptist Bible College and enclose a $25 application fee with the understanding that the fee will be retained to cover the cost of processing my application. I understand that during the processing of my application, I may be asked to pay the registration fee of $60, which is refundable if Calvary Baptist Bible College refuses to admit me as a student.
I hereby certify that this application is true and complete. Upon matriculation, I agree to comply properly with the doctrines, rules, and regulations of the institution and to maintain standards of conduct in accordance with the aims and objectives of Calvary Baptist Bible College.
If I leave before the end of the semester for any reason, I will owe the tuition and fees as stated by the official policy for withdrawal in the College catalog.
IMPORTANT: It is understood that attendance at CBBC is a privilege and not a right, which privilege may be forfeited by any student who does not conform to the standards and regulations of the institution, and that the College may request the withdrawal of any student at any time, who, in the opinion of the College, does not fit into the spirit of the institution, regardless of whether or not he conforms to the specific rules and regulations of the College. Calvary Baptist Bible College admits students of any race, color, or national and ethnic origins to all the rights and privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at school.
